What the AMK Law Website does

The purpose of the AMK Law Website is to provide you with information about AMK Law’s culture, employees and the legal services we provide.

In these Terms of Use, a reference to “we” and “us” means Matthew Karakoulakis, trading as AMK Law (AMK Law). You may access the AMK Law Website at any time, unless we have restricted access to perform necessary maintenance, updates or upgrades. Your ability to access the AMK Law Website will otherwise depend on factors out of our control and we do not take or share any responsibility  or provide any warranties that the AMK Law Website will be accessible at all times.

Through the AMK Law Website, you may view, cache, browse, display, print or download a copy of any content featured on the AMK Law Website to your computer, PROVIDED THAT YOU:

  1. keep confidential all passwords and logins supplied to you by AMK Law;
  2. do not hide, deface, alter or delete any copyright symbol, trade mark or other proprietary rights notice;

Although we endeavour to secure this Website, we are not liable for any breaches of security and you use this Website entirely at your own risk. Your ability to access our Website will depend on factors out of our control and we do not take any responsibility or provide any warranties that this Website will be accessible through all web borrowers or that it will be accessible at all times.  You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.

Suspension or Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Website at our sole discretion if we believe that you have breached these Terms. Where this occurs, we will endeavour to notify you of the breach and ways in which you can remedy them.

AMK Law makes no warranties or representations about this website or any of the content. These Terms of Access are governed by the laws in force of the State of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria, Australia in respect to any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these Terms.
