AMK Law only agrees to act for you in respect of your legal matters related to the information you have provided through this Contact Form after we have expressly agreed to do so by way of the written cost letter and disclosure statement being given to you in respect of your legal affairs stated in this form or otherwise provided to AMK Law.  We have a policy of only acting in a matter after our cost dislosure statement has been issued and understood and we must have the full amount of funds in our trust account to commence work on any matter.
